Bob Keast brings a lifetime of lacrosse experience to
the Shamrox bench. Prior to being named Assistant
Coach of the Shamrox, Keast played in 153
regular-season games and 60 playoff games over 13
seasons of box lacrosse at the Junior A and Major
levels in Canada. In addition to his Shamrox
coaching duties, Keast also serves as Head Coach Jamie
Batley's assistant for the Peterborough Lakers of the
Ontario Lacrosse Association Major series, where he
was behind the bench for the Lakers' three Mann Cup
championships (2004, 2006, 2007). He has also assisted
for the Ottawa Rebel of the NLL, now the Edmonton
Rush. |
